OUR SRA CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE PANEL MEMBERSHIP

Partner and Head of department John Pollitt has been awarded the respected ‘Clinical Negligence Accreditation’ by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), placing him in a very select group of solicitors nationally to also hold the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) certification.

By awarding it a Legal Aid franchise, the Legal Services Commission has also ensured that Pearson Hinchliffe is the only local solicitors firm in Oldham, Rochdale and Tameside to offer qualifying clients Legal Aid.
