Pearson Hinchliffe has a highly successful team of medical negligence and personal injury solicitors who concentrate and specialise in this area of law.

This means that we have recognised expertise and experience in Medical Negligence matters and can offer specialist advice. It also means that we are one of only a few firms authorised to apply for Legal Aid to fund your case.

Our professional and caring service is provided by two Partners, experienced in dealing with complex and disputed cases.

John Pollitt who is the head of the team is a member of Action Against Medical Accidents Referral Panel. This is a mark of his specialist skills and commitment to this area of work.

The team also includes a Claims Investigator who was formally a nurse and Claims Manager with a local healthcare trust and two qualified nurses who together worked for many years in the NHS.
